Well I lost over 15 lbs in the first week and 41 lbs in a month! Within the first week my Dr took me off all my blood pressure medicine because I did not need it anymore! A happy mail order client! Geary C.- I am a 6'- 1" Matrix Client and a very physically active 58 year old guy who struggled with weight loss for 30 plus years. I was never able to get past the first month of dieting without capitulating. Even after some small weight losses I still managed to return to my former weight or heavier. My constant physical activity kept me relatively healthy, but my joints were beginning to fail due to the excessive weight. Char- I love the Matrix! After giving birth to twins I was at 220 pounds on a good day. I have lost 35 pounds doing the Matrix way!!! I have gone from a size18 to a size 12. They are great and VERY supportive. I look like a different person. I have kept my weight off for a year, and now want to to try for that last 20 pounds. i drove 5 hours to get there twice when I started the program!!! Now they have mail order, which I just ordered the other day!!! Sheila- Good web site, I love the program and can attest to it working. Its worth every cent I have ever spent. Would love to see the program spread out to other locations and other states as I believe its the answer to ending the obesity epidemic. And everyone reading this before I began I was a type 2 diabetic on meds twice a day plus had high blood pressure and high cholesterol. After losing my first fifty pounds I was off all diabetes meds and three months later off both the cholesterol and blood pressure meds. This is a major aid to better health. 06- Dec-07
