In order to begin the program, our Physician must review your medical history and the results of some preliminary lab work. Before starting the process, there are 4 conditions that will prevent you from being able to take part in the HCG Diet program. They are;

                                            1) If you have ever had cancer
                                            2) If you take nitrates for a heart condition
                                            3) If you take insulin by injection
                                            4) If you have ever had a stroke

To begin we must first collect your Lab and Doctor Fees. We accept VISA, Master Card, or Discover over the phone, or money orders, and cashier checks by mail. When payment is confirmed, we will send you all the necessary forms including directions to a lab located close to you, usually within 20 miles, and lab orders for the tests required. You will not need to make an appointment or any payments at the lab. Simply take your lab slip and give a blood sample. The tests being performed require that you are fasting when your blood is drawn so be sure that you have not eaten within the past 8 hours of going to the lab. When your results are ready they will come directly to us.

If you have had the proper tests performed by your doctor in the last 90 days, we can accept those results, saving you the $50 lab fee. The test we require are listed here.

                                            1) CBC with Differential
                                            2) Basic Metabolic Panel
                                            3) Hepatic Function Panel
                                            4) Lipid Panel
                                            5) TSH
                                            6) Free T4

Complete and return the other paperwork by fax, mail, or e-mail. Once we have all your paperwork and lab results, the Doctor will review your file and determine whether or not you are able to begin treatments. We will contact you and inform you of the Doctor's decision. If you are not eligible, you will be sent a copy of your lab results and referred to your Primary Care Physician.

If you are approved, we will contact you to collect your Program, Treatment, and Shipping and Handling Fees. Your complete package will then be sent to you via Priority Mail. Your package will include complete program and treatment details as well as your HCG, B12, and injection supplies.

We only send HCG in 2500 iu vials. We will only send a maximum of 2 vials, or 6 weeks worth of injections at a time. If you will require to participate in the program for longer than 6 weeks, you will be given an earliest-re-order date when you receive your package. The average weight loss on our program is 5 pounds per week of treatment. You can use that figure to estimate how many weeks of treatment it will take you to reach your goal weight.

Maintenance instructions are included with your program materials. However as you approach your goal weight, if you need further instructions or support, feel free to contact us by phone or e-mail. Once you reach your goal, our Maintenance Program is free. Check in regularly and let us know how you are doing. You will need to maintain your new weight within a 4 pound range (2 pounds over or below your goal weight) for 6 months to a year to in order for you to retain your body's new "set-point." If you should ever happen to gain weight, contact us about restarting treatments with little or no restart fees (depending on whether or not new lab work is required).
